Rotary (rotating paddle) motorized level switches are used to detect when bulk solids reach a set level in silos, bins, hoppers and similar storage. A paddle driven by a low-speed motor is stopped when the material covers it; the motor torque protection then trips and the contact output changes state. When the material falls away, the paddle starts turning again and the output returns to its original state.
Thanks to the adjustable shaft length and different paddle geometries, it can be used with materials of different densities such as flour, feed, grain, sand, cement and plastic granules. It is positioned as a high-level (full) or low-level (empty) alarm.

An infrared level sensor developed for the proportional measurement of granular solids and powders. Designed for solids filling systems, it detects the product accumulating in the tank it is mounted on, not the product flowing past.
With no moving parts there is no wear and no maintenance; it is not affected by dust build-up, vibration or pressure. Its 4-20 mA analog output connects directly to a PLC, panel meter or SCADA system.
| Supply | 24 V DC |
|---|---|
| Output | 4-20 mA analog |
| Measuring principle | Infrared (IR) reflection |
| Application | Solids filling / powder tanks |

Capacitive continuous level sensors continuously measure the change in capacitance between the measuring probe and the tank wall (or a reference electrode) and convert it into an analog signal proportional to the level. They can be used with liquids, sticky and viscous products, powders and granules.
Probe length, material and coating are selected for the application; calibration against temperature and dielectric changes can be done on site. Microcontroller-based signal processing suppresses the effects of build-up, foam and condensation in software.

| Output | 4-20 mA · 0-10 V · RS485 (optional) |
| Probe | Stainless steel, PTFE/PE coating option |
| Probe length | Per application |
| Operating temperature | -20 … +85 °C (electronics) |

Capacitive level switches provide a digital (on/off) output by detecting the change in capacitance that occurs when the probe comes into contact with the material. With no moving parts there is no risk of jamming, wear or breakage, making them a strong alternative to mechanical switches for sticky and bridging materials.
With its sensitivity adjustment it works across a wide range, from low-dielectric powders to conductive liquids. It is used for high/low level alarms, pump protection and filling automation.

| Output | Relay 5 A NO/NC or PNP/NPN |
| Sensitivity | Adjustable via potentiometer |
| Delay | 0–10 s adjustable |
| Operating temperature | -20 … +80 °C |

Line following sensors measure the vehicle's deviation from its path by tracking a coloured/contrast tape applied to the floor or an energised wire embedded in it. Thanks to the multi-channel design, the output is not just "line / no line" but the proportional position of the line under the sensor (amount of left/right deviation); the drive controller uses this to correct the steering.
The optical version works on contrast tape and includes ambient light compensation. The inductive (wire guidance) version detects the magnetic field generated by a conductor under the floor and is unaffected by dirt, wear and wet floors. Both types connect to the robot controller via UART / RS485 / analog output.
| Supply | 5 V / 12–24 V DC (depending on model) |
|---|---|
| Output | UART, RS485, analog deviation signal |
| Sensing height | Optical: 5–30 mm · Inductive: 20–80 mm |
| Channels | 8 / 16 |
| Operating temperature | -10 … +60 °C |

Climate control sensors measure temperature and relative humidity for applications where ambient conditions must be kept precise, such as germination cabinets, plant growth rooms, greenhouses, cold storage and incubation. Their digital-output probe design maintains measurement accuracy over long cable runs.
The sensors can be used together with climate control units manufactured by OMARGE or on their own (Modbus / analog); on-site calibration and offset adjustment are supported.
