Retail

Single sensors or spare parts. Standard products in stock are shipped quickly; payment by bank transfer or credit card. Shipping across Türkiye.

Wholesale

Volume-based price lists, framework agreements and scheduled deliveries for machine builders, automation companies and distributors. OEM / private label production option.

Accessories

Paddles, shafts, probes, cables, connectors, flanges and mounting parts; spare parts and consumables compatible with our own products.

Export

Pro forma invoices, conformity and export documentation support for international customers; international shipping and freight arrangements.

Order and quotation process

  1. Specify the product and quantity (include options such as probe length, output type and supply).
  2. Price and lead time are sent within the same business day.
  3. After approval, a pro forma invoice / order form is issued.
  4. Once production and testing are complete, shipping details are shared.

Sales and delivery

Standard products in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days. For custom probe lengths, different output types or wholesale quantities, the lead time is stated in the quotation.

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects; the warranty period and scope are stated in the quotation and invoice. Spare parts (probes, paddles, electronic boards) and repair services are provided directly by us as the manufacturer.

Every product comes with a wiring diagram and installation guide. Engineering support is available by phone and WhatsApp; on-site commissioning is offered for project-based work.
